During my time at Adidas, I have been responsible for leading the experience design of the Fast Lane Checkout. This data-driven business initiative, endorsed by the C-Suite, aims to create and validate an improved user experience, allowing the checkout journey to be completed in two steps (basket and checkout) instead of three steps (basket, delivery, and payment).

My responsibilities have included creating engaging and conversion-oriented designs, as well as collaborating closely with the development team. This collaboration ultimately led to the successful deployment of a minimum viable product (MVP) for the Fast Lane Checkout in the US market.
