During the 12 months that I worked for the ABN AMRO, I’ve been responsible for advocating the importance of user-centric design within a highly immature and complex team at the department of consumer loans. I’ve also been responsible for delivering strong concepts regarding new market propositions through extensive design sprinting and continuously improving the existing products offered to our customers and advisors through user-validated UX and UI design work.
